How Does Tyro-Screen Work?
The Science Behind Tyrosine Kinase Detection
Almost all patients with malignant tumors exhibit abnormal metabolism of amino acids. This
abnormal amino acid metabolism shows up clearly in urine and occurs before tissues
become cancerous. The more obvious these abnormalities, the more likely that cancer is present.
Laboratory studies have found that in almost all cancer patients, the enzyme Tyrosine kinase increases by 50%–150% in their urine. The Tyro-Screen
detects this enzyme elevation with 98.5% correlation to cancer presence — making it one of the most accurate
and accessible early-detection screening tools available.
Why Use The Tyro-Screen Kit
Six Reasons Practitioners Choose Tyro-Screen
High Accuracy
98.5% correlation with cancer when Tyrosine kinase is elevated in urine —
validated through laboratory studies across patient populations.
Economical
No costly lab work required. Can be performed at home or in clinic. Results are
immediate — no waiting days for laboratory processing.
Early Detection
Abnormal metabolic activity can be detected up to 6 months before massive cell
replication — enabling earlier, more effective intervention and treatment planning.
Safe & Painless
No pain, no blood draw, no risk, no anxious waiting for results. Uses only 2mL of
urine. Suitable for regular monitoring without clinical intervention.
Easy To Use
No specialist equipment required. The test can be done at home or in a clinic at any
time. Simple colour-comparison method with results in 5 minutes.
Wide Applications
Early detection of enzyme levels correlating with cancer. Screening for gastric
disorders, including H. pylori-associated conditions. Monitoring treatment effectiveness over time.

How to Perform the Test
Urine Requirements
1
Fresh Morning Sample
Collect the first fresh morning urine on an empty stomach in a sterile plastic
bottle. Light diet the day before is preferred. Collection at any time of day is acceptable if morning
is not possible.
2
2mL Volume Required
Only 2mL of urine is needed. Red or green urine is unacceptable. Room
temperature urine is preferred for the most accurate results.
3
Mix with Reagent
Open the ampule bottle using the plastic cap (to avoid cutting yourself). Mix
2mL of urine with the reagent at room temperature. Slightly mix the fluids.
4
Wait 5 Minutes
Let the mixture settle for exactly 5 minutes. Do not disturb the sample during
this time.
5
Compare Colour
Compare the colour of the sediment at the bottom of the ampule with the colour
guide provided. The colour indicates the result.
Interpretation of Results
Reading Your Test Results
Compare the sediment colour in your ampule to the guide below. Always confirm positive results
with a repeat test after 2–3 days, avoiding high-protein diet and medications before retesting.
White / Pale Yellow
✓ Negative — Healthy
No further action required. Continue regular monitoring as recommended by your
practitioner.
Light Red
⚠ Weakly Positive
Avoid high-protein diet and medications. Retest after 2–3 days. If same
result: improve lifestyle and immunity under doctor’s guidance. Retest monthly.
Red
⚠⚠ Positive
Retest after 2–3 days. If same result: moderate enzyme levels correlating
with cancer present. Further testing under doctor guidance based on family history.
Brick Red
⚠⚠⚠ Strong Positive
Cause for alarm. Retest after 2–3 days. If same result: strong presence of
cancer-correlating enzymes. Imaging and further examinations should be conducted urgently.
Abnormal Results Note: Green or grey-green sediment may indicate jaundice — retest after
jaundice resolves. Patients with gastritis or gastric ulcers associated with H. pylori showing positive results
should be evaluated for early gastric cancer. Patients taking large quantities of prescription drugs or who are
undernourished may experience reduced reactive ability and may not receive a positive result even when cancer is
present. A proper healthy diet is critical before testing.
The Importance of Early Detection
Why Early Cancer Detection Saves Lives
Most cancers are detected in mid-to-late stages when treatment options are limited and outcomes
are poor. The WHO estimates that 1/3 of all cancer deaths are preventable with earlier detection and intervention.
The Tyro-Screen addresses this gap directly.

1/3Of all cancer deaths are preventable according to WHO with early detection and active
treatment
Cancer can be detected accurately through urine in the beginning stages
of tumour cells, early cancer and meta-phase cancer. The urine analysis method has proven highly accurate in the
early detection of cancer, making it effective for developing better treatment protocols. It is suitable for
cancer-related diseases including contagious liver disease, chronic digestive tract ulcers and certain diseases of
unknown etiology, and can be used to monitor cancer treatment progress and rehabilitation.
Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
The Tyro-Screen is a urine-based detection kit that measures elevated Tyrosine kinase
enzyme levels. Almost all cancer patients exhibit a 50%–150% increase in this enzyme in their urine,
which correlates with 98.5% accuracy to cancer presence. It can detect abnormal metabolic activity up to 6
months before massive cell replication.
The Tyro-Screen shows 98.5% correlation with cancer when Tyrosine kinase is elevated
in urine, validated through laboratory studies. A positive result should always be confirmed by retesting
after 2–3 days and followed up with a qualified doctor for further diagnostic testing.
Have a light diet the day before. Collect 2mL of fresh morning urine in a sterile
bottle. Open the ampule, mix the urine with the reagent at room temperature, slightly mix and let settle for
5 minutes. Compare the sediment colour to the colour guide provided. Results are immediate.
Yes. A high-protein diet or medications taken before the test can cause false
positives. If you receive a positive result, eliminate these variables by fasting from high-protein foods
and medications for 2–3 days and retest. H. pylori gastric infection can also produce a positive
reading. Always follow up with your doctor for confirmation.
No. The Tyro-Screen is a screening and monitoring tool, not a replacement for
clinical diagnosis. Any persistent positive result must be followed up with a qualified doctor or health
practitioner for further testing, imaging and confirmation. It is intended for professional and educational
use.
For general screening and monitoring, testing 1–2 times per month is
recommended for individuals with risk factors. Practitioners may adjust frequency based on individual
patient history, family history of cancer, ongoing treatment monitoring or specific clinical concerns.
