- Targeted sessions: Place over an area for 30–60 minutes
- Larger areas: Use slow, overlapping circular motions
- Lymphatic sweep: Light strokes toward lymph nodes — armpits, neck, groin
- Start from outer area and move inward or upward
- Apply very light pressure for lymphatic techniques
Li-PEMF Coil Sessions
- Place directly on or beneath the desired area
- Use independently for focused electromagnetic support
